We only use your data to prepare a quote, deliver your pool or enclosure and provide servicing. We never sell it to anyone.
Who processes your data

What data we process
Your name, e-mail and phone number, so that we can contact you with a quote.
The installation address or postcode, to calculate delivery and installation costs.
The specifications of the pool or enclosure you enter in the configurator.
Contract and billing details, if the project goes ahead.

Who we share your data with
We only share data where necessary to carry out your order: with our installation partners and carriers, our hosting and e-mail service providers, and our accounting firm. All processors are bound by confidentiality and may use the data only for the agreed purpose. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
The right to information about processing and to access your data.
The right to have inaccurate data corrected and to have your data erased.
The right to restrict processing and to data portability.
The right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time.
The right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

Security
Only employees who need the data for their work have access to it. The website runs on the secure HTTPS protocol, and our e-mail communication and order records are password-protected.
