Depending on the settings, it performs a backwash, a rinse and a return to normal filtration.

Automatic backwashing based on time or pressure

As it traps dirt, the filter media gradually becomes clogged. Mr. Wash lets you start a backwash at a set time interval or when a set pressure value is reached. You can also start the cleaning cycle manually using the device controls.
